As the Insulation Supervisor, you should possess 2-3 years of experience in the construction field. You will be responsible for supervising 3-4 workers, coordinating installation activities, and ensuring the team adheres to safety regulations. This role requires effective communication and an organized approach to manage staff training and project costs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and training for insulation staff

• Schedule and coordinate project tasks efficiently

• Manage compliance with safety regulations and protocols

• Estimate project materials and costs accurately

• Read and interpret blueprints for installation projects

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

• 2-3 years of relevant supervision experience

• Current First Aid, CPR, and WHMIS certifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
