Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction workforce and manage site activities

• Mentor craft personnel and oversee subcontractor operations

• Develop effective communication plans with stakeholders

• Prepare manpower plans and equipment requirements

• Monitor and implement project construction schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience

• Additional experience as a Foreman or Engineer preferred

• Advanced knowledge of construction methods and specifications

• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights
