Join BA Blacktop Ltd. as a Grade Foreperson in the Fraser Valley Area, managing construction sites and ensuring project quality. This role requires a dynamic leader who is detail-oriented and proactive.
As a Grade Foreperson, you will operate under the Superintendent's guidance, overseeing comprehensive site operations for road and parking projects. Key tasks include verifying work orders, managing crew assignments, and monitoring site safety. Your ability to communicate effectively and enforce quality standards will be crucial for meeting project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and manage work order processes
• Supervise equipment maintenance and crew activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Complete daily reports and documentation
• Train site workers on safety protocols
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of utilities and construction specifications
• Capable of reading blueprints and plans
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• WHMIS certification
• Grader Operation experience for foreman duties
