Position: Project Coordinator for Civil Works

Key Responsibilities:

• Control project documentation, including RFIs and billing

• Assist in scheduling updates and preparation of work plans

• Supervise field operations and job site coordination

• Implement Quality and Safety Plans during job site activities

• Order and schedule material deliveries for projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline

• At least 1 year of Project Coordinator experience

• Strong construction industry communication skills

• Familiarity with scheduling and estimating practices

• Skilled in project management software applications
