Commercial Site Superintendent in BC

In this role, you will contribute your 5-10 years of Site Superintendent experience in commercial construction. Your strong organizational skills will be essential in coordinating site operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring effective communication among diverse project teams. Travel throughout the Lower Mainland will be required depending on project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily site operations and manage project close-outs

• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and overall site activities

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Schedule and conduct regular team meetings

• Maintain documentation accuracy using Procore and Site Docs

Requirements:

• 5-10+ years as a Site Superintendent in construction

• Proven ability with commercial TI and base building projects

• Proficiency in Procore and Site Docs systems

• Established network with BC trade partners

• Available for travel across British Columbia
