Position: Ground-Up Townhouse Superintendent Role
Lead the construction of a ground-up townhouse development with Matchbox Consulting Group in the Lower Mainland. Join a respected General Contractor with a strong pipeline of residential projects.

As a seasoned Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site activities from initial excavation to project completion. This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and coordination skills to manage subcontractors and maintain project milestones effectively. A proven track record in delivering wood-frame multifamily or townhouse developments is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to completion

• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, consultants, and site staff

• Manage schedules, safety, quality, and project milestones

• Conduct site meetings and maintain project documentation

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on multifamily projects

• Proven experience in ground-up residential developments

• Strong leadership and scheduling skills

• Excellent understanding of construction practices

• Commitment to site safety and quality standards
