Estimator in Scaffolding

Our client through Skyline Recruitment seeks an experienced Estimator with scaffolding expertise. You will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, conducting site visits, and developing detailed quotations. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and strong communication skills to maintain relationships with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings and specifications carefully

• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and requirements

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for all resources

• Develop competitive bids for scaffolding and related services

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years estimating experience in scaffolding
