About the Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Superintendent who thrives in fast‑paced construction environments and enjoys managing projects from mobilization through to completion.
The successful candidate will oversee a variety of commercial TI, base building, and light residential projects ranging from approximately $1M–$5M in value. The role is based in the Lower Mainland with travel throughout BC required depending on project location.
This position would suit an organized and proactive construction professional with strong trade relationships, solid technical knowledge, and proven experience managing multiple stakeholders on active construction sites.
Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day site operations from mobilization through project closeout
Coordinate all subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site activities
Maintain project schedules, site safety, quality control, and overall project execution
Conduct regular site meetings and maintain strong communication with project teams
Ensure all site documentation and reporting is maintained accurately through Procore and Site Docs
Coordinate inspections, deficiencies, and project turnover
Work collaboratively with Project Managers and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and trade partners across BC
Requirements
5–10+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent within commercial construction
Proven experience delivering commercial TI, base building, and/or light residential projects
Experience managing projects ranging from approximately $1M–$5M
Strong Procore and Site Docs proficiency
Established BC subcontractor and trade‑partner network
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
Willingness to travel throughout British Columbia as required
Compensation
$110,000 – $125,000 base salary
3-4 weeks vacation
