Project Manager for Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong foundation in commercial construction, ideally with 5–10+ years of experience. In this role, you will manage the full project life cycle, focusing on budgets, procurement, and contract management, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of commercial base building projects

• Manage project budgets, scheduling, and contract administration

• Coordinate with project teams and external consultants

• Communicate effectively with ownership groups and stakeholders

• Address project risks and ensure compliance with standards

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of relevant Project Management experience

• Proven track record in managing $2M–$10M+ projects

• Strong knowledge of budgeting and project controls

• Familiarity with Procore and construction management tools

• Ability to travel throughout BC for site visits
