Quantity Surveyor/Estimator | Tier 1 Main Contractor | CANADA (Toronto)

As part of continued growth, they're seeking a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator to support bid preparation and strategic pricing on major building and civil projects in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). Key Duties:
- Develop accurate estimates for labour, materials, and equipment.
- Engage with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Contribute to bid and tender submissions.
- Monitor market trends to maintain competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Third level qualification in QS/Construction/Engineering/Finance.
- 1+ year QS/Estimating experience on site or in the office.
- Proficiency with estimating tools.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ideally suited to young Quantity Surveyors who can develope your skillset in the Canadian market.
