Become a key player at Allteck as an experienced Estimator focusing on transmission line and substation projects in Surrey, BC. Your expertise will ensure profitable and competitive bidding outcomes.

In this full-time role, you will utilize your estimating experience to prepare detailed cost estimates while managing timelines and accuracy. Collaboration with teams is essential as you navigate risk assessments and gather project intelligence during pre-bid visits. This position directly supports Allteck's strategic objectives in the electrical construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cost estimates based on specifications and drawings

• Track and analyze tender results for future strategy

• Lead internal meetings for estimate reviews

• Prepare bid submissions and communicate with clients

• Maintain estimating databases and tools for improvement

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of estimating experience

• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities

• Proficiency with estimating software and Excel

• Effective communication skills under pressure

• Valid driver’s license and readiness for site travel
