Position: Full-Time Construction Helper

This hands-on role involves loading materials, cleaning cranes, and assisting with concrete tasks. The position requires working at heights and managing physically demanding responsibilities in an outdoor environment. You'll be heavily involved in making sure construction sites run smoothly through building structures and removing debris.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and transport construction materials efficiently

• Clean and lubricate cranes for optimal performance

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, concrete forms, and barricades

• Mix, pour, and spread concrete and asphalt materials

• Direct traffic safely around construction areas

Requirements:

• Steel-toed boots and gloves mandatory

• Ability to handle heavy loads and work under pressure

• Strong client focus with a hardworking attitude

• Must be authorized to work in Canada

• No remote work options available
