Construction Trades Helper

MORTISE GLASS & SHOWER DOORS LTD. is searching for a dedicated Construction Trades Helper in Surrey, BC. This on-site full-time role supports construction teams through material handling and assistance.

As a Trades Helper, you will join a reliable team at MORTISE GLASS & SHOWER DOORS LTD., helping with various construction tasks. Your responsibilities include transporting materials, assisting tradespeople, and maintaining tools. This position involves working outdoors in different weather conditions and requires no formal education, but experience is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload and transport construction materials

• Clean and pile salvaged materials

• Remove rubble and debris from job sites

• Carry and distribute tools and equipment

• Assist tradespeople with daily work tasks

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in Canada (citizen or resident)

• Reliability and punctuality in all tasks

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather

• Strong teamwork and cooperation skills

• Capability to handle physically demanding tasks
