Position: Mainland Pipelayer for Civil Projects
Mainland seeks experienced Pipelayers to expand our skilled team in civil construction. This role focuses on the efficient installation of water and sewer systems while prioritizing safety.

As a Pipelayer at Mainland, you will be integral to installing various pipeline systems, collaborating closely with other team members to align pipes according to project specifications. You will also participate in maintaining a safe work environment, supporting trench shoring, and training new personnel to achieve quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install different types of pipes for civil construction

• Ensure alignment and installation matches specifications

• Support trench safety systems and back filling

• Maintain construction equipment and report issues

• Aid colleagues with tasks beyond immediate job scope

Requirements:

• Background in civil utilities and related projects

• Familiar with pipe lasers and technical drawings

• Understand survey and safe work practices

• Effective communicator in diverse team settings

• Physically capable of outdoor labor
