Position: Experienced Steel Stud Framer Wanted
Join POINT MARK CONSTRUCTION LTD as an experienced Steel Stud Framer located in Surrey, BC. This full-time role will enhance your carpentry skills through practical, hands-on experience.

As a permanent employee, you will be integral to building projects by reading and executing blueprints, measuring, cutting, and assembling diverse materials. With 30-40 hours of work per week and relocation costs covered by the employer, the position is ideal for those committed to a full-time career in construction. Strong candidates possess reliability and the ability to physically handle demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings

• Create layouts conforming to established building codes

• Cut, shape, and join materials including wood substitutes

• Construct foundations and framework including walls and roofs

• Renovate and maintain various wooden structures

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary (high) school education

• 1-2 years of related framing experience

• Required to have steel-toed safety boots

• Physically capable of performing demanding work

• Must be reliable and possess teamwork qualities
