Experienced Construction Manager

Position: Experienced Construction Manager Role
Join our team as an Experienced Construction Manager in Surrey, BC. This permanent full-time role focuses on overseeing construction projects while contributing to environmental initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years in construction management. You will direct subcontractorial work, devise budgets, and ensure quality control throughout the construction lifecycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for reading blueprints and monitoring project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize construction milestones effectively

• Hire and supervise subcontractors for project delivery

• Establish quality control policies for construction sites

• Prepare and submit detailed budget estimates

• Oversee project data analysis and reporting

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• First Aid and Fall Arrest certifications required

• Strong knowledge of MS Project for timeline management

• Capable of managing small to medium-sized teams

• Must be authorized to work in Canada
