Matchbox Consulting Group is working with a General Contractor that is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead the construction of a ground-up townhouse development in the Lower Mainland.

Responsibilities- Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to completion
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, consultants, and site staff
- Manage schedules, safety, quality, and project milestones
- Conduct site meetings and maintain project documentation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience on wood-frame multifamily or townhouse projects
- Proven experience delivering ground-up residential developments
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and trade coordination skills
- Excellent understanding of construction practices and site safety
