What are the Responsibilities?

Lead demolition projects from planning through execution and closeout

Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance

Build and maintain project schedules and resource plans

Track daily production, costs, and progress—and act fast on variances

Oversee subcontractors, procurement, and vendor performance

Partner with Superintendents to coordinate labour, equipment, and logistics

Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Handle contracts, change orders, and reporting

Ensure health & safety excellence on every job site

Stay hands-on with regular site presence to drive results

What are the Requirements?

Background in Engineering would be ideal

P. Eng or PMP considered an asset

Proven experience managing construction or demolition projects

Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills
