Senior Project Manager Western

EBC is seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to direct construction sites across Western Canada. This role requires a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management alongside 5-10 years of relevant experience, including heavy civil projects. You will mentor staff and develop innovative solutions in complex project environments while fostering positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret project specifications accurately

• Mentor junior staff in project management practices

• Negotiate contracts and award them to subcontractors

• Monitor project schedules and critical paths weekly

• Establish rapport with clients for successful project execution

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• 5-10 years of relevant job experience

• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam

• Bilingualism in French/English is an asset

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
