You will take charge of field operations during peak times and lead daily tasks for project success. Your hands-on experience with sewerage pump stations will ensure effective planning and execution, while maintaining safety and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and site execution

• Manage subcontractors to maintain schedule adherence

• Advocate for safety protocols on all projects

• Develop practical solutions to construction challenges

• Produce daily reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience

• Significant involvement with wastewater treatment facilities

• Proven ability to manage complex scopes and shutdowns

• Solid leadership skills, with Red Seal certification

• Capable of working in high-risk environments
