Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily crew activities and maintain schedules

• Coordinate material ordering and subcontractor setups

• Communicate job progress and updates effectively

• Conduct pre-locate assessments for utilities impacting work

• Train and mentor crew members for effective performance

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Lead Hand or Foreman in civil works

• Valid Class 5 Drivers License with clean abstract

• Strong mentoring and leadership abilities

• Excellent communication skills with diverse individuals

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
