Pre-Engineered Steel Building Estimator

Our client, a well-established design-build contractor, is looking for an experienced Estimator with a background in pre-engineered steel structures. You'll be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, and ensuring proposals are competitive and detailed. Building relationships with suppliers and subtrades will be a key aspect of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create precise cost estimates from specifications

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for projects

• Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers

• Support projects from proposal to award

Requirements:

• 3+ years in estimating required

• Hands-on experience with pre-engineered buildings essential

• Understanding of structural drawings and takeoffs

• Proficient with Excel and estimating software
