As Chief Estimator, you will manage and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to delivering accurate bids in the competitive construction sector. Reporting to the Director of Preconstruction, your leadership will enhance estimating procedures and promote effective collaboration between estimating and operations, essential for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the estimating team’s capabilities

• Standardize estimating templates and reporting tools

• Lead bid strategy and final estimate reviews

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Review and modernize estimating workflows

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial estimating

• 3-5 years of leadership experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of construction contracts and specifications

• Proven ability to mentor and develop teams

• Strong decision-making and organizational skills
