In this pivotal role at RWC, you will lead efforts to streamline construction operations, focusing on systems and processes used by project teams. The Operations Excellence Lead will collaborate with site management and other departments to ensure effective execution of construction projects while mitigating gaps in processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures
• Create training materials and resources for users
• Oversee adoption of tools and report on usage
• Improve workflows and overall reporting on project health
• Support leadership in tracking operational performance
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a related field
• Proven history in project management or construction operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with technology platforms like ERP and CRM
