Position: General Labourer for Homebuilding Projects
Join Foxridge Homes as a General Labourer in the vibrant Metro Vancouver area. Contribute to a team focused on homebuilding through essential general labour and carpentry tasks.

In this role, reporting to the Construction Manager, you will engage in maintaining site cleanliness, transporting materials, and preparing sites for trades. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of six months of construction experience and excel in communication. Work with a respected builder known for quality family homes and active listening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure job sites are clean and well-organized

• Assist in loading/unloading construction materials

• Prepare sites for sub-trades, especially for flooring

• Follow safety protocols and perform hazard assessments

• Immediately report any incidents to the supervisor

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of construction experience

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Physically capable of handling up to 50 lbs

• Clean criminal record verification
