Your responsibilities include reviewing project documents, conducting take-offs, and managing subcontractor interactions. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze drawings and specifications for project estimates
• Conduct material and labour analysis for quotations
• Coordinate subcontractor pricing confirmations
• Maintain On-Screen Takeoff files for accuracy
• Attend site visits for material assessments
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in construction or related field
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficient with MS Office and estimating software
• Organized with a knack for project details
• Experience in the construction field is an asset
