Industra Construction Corp. is hiring a Superintendent for infrastructure projects in BC, focused on wastewater treatment and heavy civil construction, with opportunities in Williams Lake.
This role is tailored for experienced construction leaders capable of navigating complex project environments. Your expertise will coordinate teams and maintain a focus on safety and efficiency. Strong hands-on leadership is essential for directing field operations and upholding quality standards under challenging conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations while ensuring compliance with specifications
• Oversee trades and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure all work is compliant with safety and quality regulations
• Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate timely resolutions
• Document site activities using Procore software
Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant construction experience
• Strong background in wastewater treatment operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex scopes and closures
• Red Seal or equivalent certification required
• Leadership capability to support site operations effectively
