First Onsite is seeking an Estimator (Estimator II) with a minimum of three years in property restoration estimating or related fields. You will prepare and review estimates for restoration and reconstruction projects, ensuring profitability and compliance with insurer requirements. Key collaboration with project teams and office staff will enable you to enhance billing accuracy and mentor junior estimators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for restoration and reconstruction projects

• Review documents and validate costs for accuracy

• Collaborate with project teams to identify scope gaps

• Mentor junior estimators and share best practices

• Respond to reviewer notes and handle estimate revisions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in property restoration estimating

• Proficient in Xactimate and Xact Analysis tools

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Attention to detail with problem-solving abilities

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset
