Position: Estimator for Construction Projects
Join our dynamic team as an Estimator in Surrey, BC, focusing on precise cost estimations for commercial and industrial projects. Bring your technical talent and attention to detail to deliver high-quality project estimates.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to contribute to our expanding Surrey team. In this role, you will analyze project requirements, create accurate cost estimates, and engage in the full estimating process. Your responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, performing quantity take-offs, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure bid accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cost estimates from tender packages and project specifications

• Conduct quantity take-offs, material calculations, and pricing analysis

• Manage the estimating process and communicate with stakeholders

• Prepare estimate summaries and proposal documentation

• Verify conditions through site visits to ensure accurate assumptions

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• Strong communication skills in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with estimating software is an asset

• Previous experience in construction estimating preferred

Excel in estimating and contribute to successful project deliveries in Surrey as a key team member.
