Senior Estimator in South

We seek an experienced Senior Estimator with at least ten years in the construction industry. You will analyze project plans, perform detailed quantity take-offs, and prepare competitive cost estimates. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications accurately

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates

• Coordinate with subcontractors for pricing and details

• Prepare bid proposals adhering to specifications

• Analyze costs and provide value engineering options

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of estimating experience

• Knowledge of ICI and Residential projects preferred

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills

• Proficient with estimating software tools

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
