BA Blacktop Grade Foreperson Role

Become part of BA Blacktop Ltd. as a Grade Foreperson supervising construction projects across the Fraser Valley Area. This role combines leadership with hands-on management of important roadworks.

In this position, you will act as the key point of contact on-site, reporting to the Superintendent and ensuring work aligns with project schedules and quality standards. Responsibilities include overseeing field tasks, monitoring progress, and enforcing safety protocols. Your ability to lead a diverse crew and adapt to changing conditions will be critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily crew operations and project timelines

• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety regulations are followed

• Coordinate equipment and material logistics for projects

• Address work deficiencies promptly and efficiently

• Maintain detailed records of site activities

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and specifications

• Proficient in site plan interpretation

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• WHMIS and Traffic Control Person Training

• Basic computer skills for reporting
