Lead Superintendent for Construction Projects

As a vital part of the Operations team, the Superintendent will coordinate project planning, maintain safety standards, and manage financial tracking. Applicants should have a solid background—5 years minimum—in construction management or road building, along with proven leadership skills. The role includes direct interaction with clients and ensuring highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities ensuring project adherence to plans

• Collaborate with safety teams for compliant operations

• Prepare project schedules and update stakeholders regularly

• Review and track financial aspects of the projects

• Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering required

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Familiarity with various construction management software

• Registration with ASTTBC is a plus
