Excavator Operator for Mainland Excavation

Mainland Excavation & Shoring is seeking experienced Operators to contribute to their projects. The role involves operating 200 - 400 size excavators, adhering to safety policies, and collaborating with the Foreman on site tasks. Candidates should have a minimum of one year’s experience in excavations or civil utility works, along with solid communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators for bulk and detailed excavation tasks

• Conduct daily maintenance and safety inspections

• Maintain activity logs for equipment

• Collaborate with the Foreman on diverse tasks

• Report any maintenance issues promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience as an excavator operator

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License

• Ability to understand grading plans and drawings

• Must be physically fit and safety conscious

• Flexibility with working hours, including overtime
