Key Responsibilities:

• Create competitive tender submissions for roofing projects

• Review and assess technical drawings and tender documents

• Produce detailed cost breakdowns from material take-offs

• Evaluate supplier quotations for project needs

• Maintain thorough project and estimating documentation

Requirements:

• Significant experience as an Estimator in construction or roofing

• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Full UK Driving Licence
