Position: Construction Estimator Role South
We are looking for a skilled Senior Estimator to enhance our construction projects at our South Surrey, BC office. This role demands precision in cost estimating and market analysis.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in construction estimating, crucial for creating accurate and competitive bids. You will examine project plans and collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure successful project execution.

Your role will also include maintaining an updated cost database for future projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans for requirements and scope

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for projects

• Engage with subcontractors to gather necessary information

• Contribute to bid proposals ensuring compliance

• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques

Requirements:

• 10+ years in estimating within construction

• Familiarity with ICI and Residential projects is a plus

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills

• Proficient in relevant estimating software

• Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail
