Reporting to the Construction Manager, this full-time role involves ensuring compliance with Qualico’s Safety Program across multiple construction sites. You will conduct risk assessments, manage safety orientations for tradespeople, and maintain documentation required for safety audits. Your attention to detail will greatly enhance safety standards and team communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect job sites to assess safety compliance

• Address unsafe actions or conditions immediately

• Lead safety orientations for new team members

• Keep updated records of safety committee meetings

• Conduct investigations into workplace safety incidents

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Standard First Aid Certification

• CSO or NCSO Certification

• At least 3 years construction experience

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
