Position: Civil Foreman with Team Leadership Focus
Support and lead civil construction with Mainland as a dedicated Civil Foreman. You'll coordinate activities, mentor teams, and ensure project compliance.

As the Civil Foreman at Mainland, you will leverage your extensive civil work experience to manage crews on various projects. Responsibilities include daily task direction, communication with stakeholders, and maintaining safety standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving quality results in our civil projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise crew routines and schedules

• Work collaboratively with Superintendent and crew

• Manage material orders and logistics

• Coordinate job updates for inspectors and departments

• Conduct necessary utility pre-locates before construction

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as Lead Hand or Foreman

• Effective communicator with strong leadership skills

• Relevant construction experience essential

• Class 5 Driver's License required

• Ability to work outdoors in diverse conditions
