Position: Full-Time Waterproofing Estimator Role

As an estimator, you will review architectural documents and prepare cost estimates for waterproofing systems. With a minimum of two years in the construction sector, you will engage with project managers and suppliers to ensure thorough pricing and timely submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze project specifications for waterproofing scope

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for projects

• Prepare and submit competitive cost estimates

• Collaborate with subcontractors for pricing negotiations

• Maintain and update cost databases and historical records

Requirements:

• Diploma in Construction Management or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years’ experience focused on waterproofing

• Strong understanding of materials and installation methods

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
