Your role emphasizes planning, budgeting, procurement, and site documentation, providing a solid foundation for future growth in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs under Bid Manager's supervision

• Prepare Requests for Pricing from suppliers

• Analyze supplier quotations for Bid Manager review

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications

• Assist with logistics planning and project scheduling

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• Self-directed with the ability to work independently

• Willingness to learn construction software quickly

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus
