You will apply your 2 to 3 years of relevant experience to manage crews and resources, delivering safe and efficient solutions for damaged properties. Your problem-solving abilities will enhance communication with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field execution and project coordination

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

• Assess scopes and make plan adjustments

• Provide coaching and support to team members

• Keep communication clear with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years in a related construction field

• Strong understanding of building codes and plans

• Experience with mobile applications and Xactimate

• Clean driver's license and abstract

• Physical capability for labor-intensive tasks
