We are searching for several Commercial Superintendents for 12-month contracts in three First Nations communities. The role involves hands-on leadership of field staff and contractors while ensuring that safety, documentation, and reporting standards are met. If you've managed teams in high-energy environments, we want your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily activities of field staff on-site

• Direct contractors and sub-trades for efficient workflow

• Ensure all safety and documentation standards are upheld

• Address issues proactively to keep work on track

• Collaborate with project team members effectively

Requirements:

• Leadership experience in construction or related fields

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Comfortable with technology for documentation purposes

• Valid driver's license and exemplary driving history

• Able to meet physical requirements and work remotely
