Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Superintendent in managing all project-related tasks
• Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Oversee the change order process and its impact on projects
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and relevant project information
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 educational background
• Experience in a similar role within the real estate or construction sector
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
• Strong experience with Procore and Google Platforms
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
