You will prepare thorough estimates by analyzing proposals and specifications, determining scopes of work, and assisting in bid strategy development. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates by analyzing relevant project documents

• Assist in developing competitive bid strategies effectively

• Determine accurate scopes of work and conceptual estimates

• Calculate scopes of work including material quantities from drawings

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management

• 1+ years estimating experience in construction

• Advanced knowledge of HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software

• Familiarity with CAD, Bluebeam, and MS Project Suite

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
