Lead construction efforts as a Grade Foreperson with BA Blacktop Ltd. in the Fraser Valley Area. Manage job site operations, oversee quality, and ensure efficient workflows.
In this key role, you will be responsible for executing project operations alongside the Superintendent. Your experience in utilities and construction, along with leadership skills, will ensure job site activities run smoothly. The position requires flexibility and the ability to coordinate crews, manage equipment, and maintain safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily job site operations and coordination
• Ensure materials and equipment are prepared for tasks
• Conduct quality checks and address deficiencies
• Train and develop crew members effectively
• Complete Daily Quantity Reports and manage logs
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and specifications
• Ability to read and interpret site plans
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Relevant certifications including Occupational First Aid Level 1
• Experience with utilities and project layout planning
