Lead construction activities as a Grade Foreperson with BA Blacktop Ltd. in the Fraser Valley Area. Oversee job site operations, manage crew schedules, and ensure project quality.

As a Grade Foreperson, you will be pivotal in a dynamic Operations Team, directly reporting to the Superintendent.

Your role includes understanding project requirements, monitoring operations, and ensuring timely completion across construction activities. With a strong focus on training and development, you will guide your crew to meet all specifications and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and understand work orders and project requirements

• Organize daily tasks and communicate schedules to crew

• Monitor material usage and production rates consistently

• Ensure quality standards and address deficiencies promptly

• Maintain site safety and training for all crew members

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of construction utilities and processes

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards

• WHMIS and Occupational First Aid training
