Leading Traditional House Builder in Redhill is seeking a commercially sharp Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor for a long-term contract. Immediate start, high-volume residential projects, and a hands-on commercial focus on procurement, cost reporting and final accounts.
You must have COINS experience and 15+ years in traditional residential house building (or a high-energy self-starter with deep residential exposure).
