A day in the life…
Acting as the body shop's front-line customer relations and service sales representative,the Customer Service Representative's primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer experience while providing all components of administrative support to the repair facility team. CSR plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer’s experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members.
What we look for…
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Body shop experience is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
