Culligan is seeking a dedicated individual to assist customers in our residential and commercial water treatment services. You will manage service calls, promote products, and ensure smooth transactions. Your strong communication skills will help resolve customer issues and enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers professionally by phone and in-person
• Schedule deliveries and service appointments efficiently
• Process customer contracts and installations
• Produce and manage accurate billing and work orders
• Promote Culligan products and services effectively
Requirements:
• Friendly and eager to help customers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate computer skills are required
