We’re excited to share that we’re hiring a Temporary Full‑Time Member Service Representative for our South Surrey Service Location! This temporary role is anticipated to run through late August or September, depending on candidate availability. As a Member Service Representative, you will be the first and last impression for every Member who enters and leaves our Service location.

You’re passionate about delivering exceptional Member experiences. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’re an analytical thinker with sound judgment and decision‑making skills. A fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities is no problem for you.

Engage and welcome incoming Members and proactively coordinate appointments with the Advisors to ensure an ideal waiting experience. Answer incoming phone calls, make outbound calls to confirm appointments and monitor the Service Location email account. Enhance Member value by promoting BCAA Membership, products and services. Process payments and documents.

• Completion of Grade 12.
• At least two years’ experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or hospitality.
• Strong computer skills with basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• CAIB certification or knowledge of ICBC systems (bonus).
• Ability to speak other languages aside from English (bonus).

The hourly rate range for this position is $21.23 to $26.54, determined via job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position may be eligible for a performance bonus target of 10%, with the opportunity to earn up to 17%.
