About The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Corporate Travel Consultant with at least 2 years of travel consulting experience and a strong appetite for delivering impeccable service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day‑to‑day travel needs of corporate business accounts, including air, car, hotel and ground transportation reservations.
- Follow company procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards.
- Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed to complete all functions related to servicing the client.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide solutions to travel related problems clients may experience.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive and accessible work environment where all employees feel welcomed and respected.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Customer focused, consistently going above and beyond to deliver an amazing client experience.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to juggle competing priorities while shifting gears quickly.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships.
- Problem solver who thinks outside the box to provide creative solutions.
- Comfortable with egalitarianism, ownership, and collaboration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Tech savvy – 2+ years with a GDS system (Sabre preferred); comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.
Location:
Surrey, Canada
Annual base salary: $50,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. On‑target earnings range between $50,000 and $98,000.
